We use a WebFlow form to manage form submissions. The information is sent as email messages to an internal email address. The information is also stored in the database on our hosting server for backup and later reference purposes. WebFlow hosts the website.

How long do you keep the information?

We do not set a particular time limit on storing information because we need it for future reference. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us at contact [at] ngi [dot] systems. We will remove it anytime you have concerns about your privacy.

Do you share the information with other parties?

No, the data is strictly for internal use to allow us to follow up on requests for discovery calls related to our services as submitted by interested parties.
